Architecture Manager

Our architectural firm in Jerusalem is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting all quality standards. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of the design process for construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other team members to develop project plans.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
- Review project designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
- Lead meetings with clients to present project updates and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete the project.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture design or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Jerusalem (open to candidates from Egypt)
