Executive Chef at a Las Vegas Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Las Vegas. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure high-quality dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that reflect the hotel's standards and guest preferences
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of excellence
- Manage budgeting and cost control for all kitchen operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury or upscale hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of financials and ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury or upscale hotel setting

We offer competitive salary of $1000 per week along with benefits including accommodation. This is a full-time position requiring working flexible hours including weekends. Foreigners are welcome to apply but must have a valid biometric passport. English proficiency is preferred but not required.
