As the Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will bring your strong culinary skills and creativity to develop unique and delicious dishes that showcase the rich flavors of Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus featuring authentic Indian dishes that appeal to our sophisticated clientele
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Ensure high quality and consistency of all dishes served
- Manage inventory levels and monitor food costs to maintain profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of creating unique and successful menu items
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per week along with opportunities for growth within our company. This is a temporary position without accommodation provided. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options in the area.
