As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Train and manage restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality food is served in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions and attract new customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory management systems
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
