Restaurant Manager - Plovdiv, Bulgaria


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We welcome candidates with biometric passports and non-native speakers who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of satisfaction for customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure efficient operations in the kitchen
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local food regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (preferred)
