We are hiring for a skilled Gardener to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our company's garden and outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position suitable for men who are passionate about gardening and have experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning various types of plants and trees
- Maintaining the overall health and appearance of the garden
- Identifying and treating pest or disease infestations
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and supplies
- Collaborating with other team members to plan and execute seasonal garden designs
- Performing general maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and raking
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed while working in the garden

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, flowers, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
