Office Manager - Khanpur, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, directing calls, and greeting visitors
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the office
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage budgeting processes
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order necessary items when needed
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel if required
- Previous experience working with students is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
