Warehouse Operations Coordinator


We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team in Braga. As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and on time
- Work closely with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient work practices
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions
- Implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1500 per month. We do not provide accommodation but offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for international candidates.
