Executive Chef - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure all food is prepared according to quality standards and recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions
- Manage food costs and budget to meet financial goals
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Lithuanian or English
