Sales Manager (Khanpur, Pakistan)
We are in search of a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the entire sales process.
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You must also have a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of local market trends and industry dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
