Sales Representative

A leading retail company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers
- Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive techniques
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within set timeframes
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors' products
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and workshops

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi or any Indian language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about new products and techniques
- Must have a valid residence permit in Kuwait or willing to transfer sponsorship
