Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate maps and legal descriptions of land for construction, development, or other purposes. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and builders to ensure that all land is properly surveyed and meets all legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps and legal descriptions of land
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and builders to ensure proper placement of structures on land
- Verify the accuracy of existing surveys and make any necessary adjustments
- Prepare reports and present findings to clients or government agencies
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding land use and development
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and equipment used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, methods, and regulations
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and digital levels
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

We offer competitive salary (1300$) based on experience. This position is located in St-Petersburg but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English. We also provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
