Information Security Analyst in Utena, Lithuania


We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive data and systems from potential cyber threats. Your main duties will include implementing security measures, conducting risk assessments, monitoring network activity, and creating incident response plans.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of security protocols and best practices. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred along with at least 2 years of experience in information security.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks.
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious behavior.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data.
- Create incident response plans to handle cyber attacks or breaches.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and recommend ways to mitigate them.
- Train employees on security awareness and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst.
- Knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS, VPNs, firewalls, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools like Nessus or Qualys.
- Familiarity with incident response procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Utena, Lithuania
