Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Eschen. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will drive business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights for decision making
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analytical support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
- Proven experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Experience working with financial or sales data is preferred but not required.
