We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Mauren. As the head of the kitchen, you will oversee all culinary operations and lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff. Your main responsibility will be to create delicious and innovative menus using fresh, local ingredients while adhering to budget and food cost guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that meet the needs of our diverse clientele
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, waste, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes using local ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
