Machine Operator
Location: Al-Khor, Egypt



We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our growing team in Al-Khor, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of operating various types of machinery. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations or malfunctions
- Ensure quality control standards are met by conducting regular inspections and tests
- Communicate with team members to coordinate production schedules and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with various types of production machinery (e.g. CNC machines, presses)
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and equipment functions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary & Benefits:
