Carpenter


We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Lahore. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This position requires a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut and shape materials to fit specific measurements using hand tools or power saws
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, and hardware
- Inspect and repair damaged or worn structures such as floors, stairs, doors, windows etc.
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures for construction projects
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools (saws, hammers, drills) and power tools (electric saws)
- Basic understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent mathematical skills for measuring materials accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
