We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and be able to effectively manage a team of IT professionals. The role will involve developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and managing budget and resources for IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing staff, assigning tasks, and providing guidance
- Ensure the security and functionality of all systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data
- Manage budget and resources for IT projects, including negotiating contracts with vendors
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization within the company's systems
- Train employees on new or updated technologies to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to assess their technology needs and provide solutions as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of systems administration, network security, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing successful strategies for implementing new technologies or improving existing systems

Salary: $1800/month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to Indian nationals. No English language proficiency is required for this position. Part-time positions will not be considered.
