Our company is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and systems of our company. You will be in charge of managing our network infrastructure, hardware and software systems, and ensuring their smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery processes
- Collaborate with other department heads to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
- Experience with data backup, disaster recovery processes, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills to work with different departments within the company

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
