Architectural Project Manager


We are in search of an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from planning and design to construction and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Lead design and planning meetings with clients
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create project designs
- Manage construction teams and ensure quality control
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
