Part-Time Industrial Architect
Location: Almada, Portugal


We are in need of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures based on client needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction purposes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and comply with building codes
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide guidance to contractors as needed
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction work for compliance with plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month. The exact schedule can be discussed during the interview process.
