Land surveyor vacancy in Salalah Oman

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Salalah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and locations for construction projects. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment and techniques
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure project plans comply with legal regulations and standards
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Train and supervise surveying staff as needed
- Use GPS, GIS, and other technology to collect and analyze data
- Conduct research on land records, deeds, and maps
- Maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser levels
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills

Salary: Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
