Office Assistant - Sofia, Bulgaria
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sofia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Keep office area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is required
- Strong communication skills in English are preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must have valid work permit for Bulgaria
