Hospitality Associate - Waiter

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team in Akron. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a contract job with an attractive salary of $1200 per month, perfect for students or individuals looking for an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, taking their food and drink orders
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
