We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Akron. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students who are looking to improve their English language skills. This is a full-time position without accommodation, ideal for freshers or foreigners who are passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on student's needs and learning styles
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
- Assess student's progress and provide feedback
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student's progress
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related field
- Prior experience as a tutor or teacher preferred
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, adaptable, and able to work with a diverse group of students
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Akron, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
