Facade Designer

Our growing architecture firm in Eschen is seeking a talented and experienced Facade Designer to join our team. As the Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for building facades, incorporating both aesthetic and structural elements. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the facade design aligns with the overall vision of the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical facade designs for various building projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure feasibility of designs
- Conduct research on different building materials and their properties to determine the most suitable options for each project
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
- Prepare cost estimates for proposed designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Attend site visits to monitor construction progress and offer guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools (SketchUp, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within our firm.
