Team Lead - Operations (Balzers)


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our operations in Balzers. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees in day-to-day operations
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and processes
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, and leave requests

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in operations management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to employees at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Valid work permit for Balzers (own visa) preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
