Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Ensure accurate tracking and recording of inventory levels
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Implement safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment
- Train new warehouse employees on proper procedures and safety measures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
