A dynamic and growing construction company in Almada, Portugal is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying and measuring land areas to determine precise locations and measurements of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographical surveys to determine accurate measurements of land area
- Prepare reports and maps using survey data to assist with project planning and development
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate surveying results
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and robotic instruments to collect data
- Analyze survey data and make recommendations for necessary adjustments in project plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards during the surveying process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and travel ticket. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
