Courier Supervisor


We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our team as a Courier Supervisor in Moscow. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our team of Indian couriers and ensuring that all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Indian couriers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assign delivery routes and provide instructions to couriers
- Monitor courier performance and ensure timely completion of deliveries
- Handle any delivery issues or complaints from clients
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and customer signatures
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations for couriers on a regular basis

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the courier industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (knowledge of Russian language is preferred)
- Knowledge of local roads and routes in Moscow is required
- Must be physically fit to handle lifting and moving packages up to 50 pounds

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
