We are currently hiring for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Herzliya. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes. You will also be required to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the appropriate use of equipment
- Perform daily pre-operational checks on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be physically fit to perform duties
