Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Shan. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing our company's network and computer systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting network issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Maintain security of network and computer systems through regular updates and patches
- Monitor system backups and ensure data recovery in case of emergencies
- Provide technical support to employees for network-related issues
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology solutions to improve network performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN networks, routing protocols (e.g. BGP), firewalls, VPNs
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
