Merchandiser (Entry Level) - Bayan, Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are accurately displayed and stocked in retail stores. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to check inventory levels and product displays
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor product sales and make recommendations for reordering or restocking as needed
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and cooperation
- Conduct product trainings for store staff to increase knowledge and sales performance
- Monitor competitor activities and report any relevant findings to management
- Assist with setting up promotional displays or events as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
