Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed designs for building projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements and budget. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are practical, safe, and sustainable.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to determine project requirements and create design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Monitor progress of projects and make any necessary adjustments to designs
- Visit construction sites to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Keep up-to-date with new design trends and materials
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative thinking skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Beer-Sheva

Preference: Indian nationals or foreigners with valid biometric passport
