We are a leading architecture firm in Beer-Sheva seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts that meet their needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs are feasible
- Prepare presentations to communicate design concepts to clients
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Work closely with contractors and consultants during the construction phase of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1300$
