Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet the desired specifications and are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with all necessary regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure design is being implemented accurately
- Keep up-to-date with current trends, materials, and technologies in the architectural field

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (preference for Indian applicants)
