Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses in our busy restaurant located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments through cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month
