Job Title: Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are in search of a talented Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and be able to work part-time, without accommodation. This position is open to all nationalities, however a biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain project timeline and budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Part-time availability without accommodation
