Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure project meets all requirements
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and progress
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Review contracts and negotiate with suppliers for materials or services
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (Russian proficiency preferred)
- Experience working with international clients is a plus

Salary: $1800 USD per month

Location: St. Petersburg, Russia
