Construction Manager

We are in need of a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in St-Petersburg. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. The candidate must have a valid visa to work in Russia and be able to work on a part-time basis. Accommodation can be provided if needed. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Preference will be given to Canadian candidates.
