Registered Nurse - Washington, USA


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Washington, USA. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness. Your duties will include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols at all times
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay current on medical advancements and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid RN license in the state of Washington or eligible for reciprocity
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate attitude towards patients
- Critical thinking skills for problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
