Instrument Technician


We are currently seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Washington. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and control systems according to technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments and control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on instruments and control systems
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in instrument technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in instrumentation or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles
- Knowledge of various types of instruments such as flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, etc.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong record keeping abilities
