Senior Architect - Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes creating design concepts, developing construction plans, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients
- Create detailed construction plans using CAD software
- Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience as an architect in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles, USA. Candidates who are not currently located in Los Angeles must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
