The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the merchandising process for our company in Akron, USA. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buying team to develop and implement merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate store layouts and displays to maximize sales potential
- Develop promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic and increase sales
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
