Salary: $1300/month


We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Porto. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects. This role requires extensive experience in architecture and strong leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final construction
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
