Restaurant Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and food standards are maintained, and managing a team of staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service to our guests
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials that meet the needs of our customers
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and budgeting for the restaurant
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and maintaining high standards in service
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
