Job Title: Facade Technician



We are in search of a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Ashdod. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building facades and external structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections of building facades to identify any potential issues or damages
- Performing maintenance and repairs on facades including cleaning, sealing, and painting
- Installing and replacing facade components such as windows, doors, and cladding
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards while working on facades at different heights
- Collaborating with other professionals such as architects and engineers to develop facade renovation plans
- Keeping accurate records of all work done on facades and reporting any major issues to the management team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of different facade materials and construction techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Flexibility to work full-time hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Ashdod, Israel. Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
