Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) - Ajman, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and delicious food. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality service is provided to guests
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with our standards
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are on hand at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
