IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in Shan, Pakistan. In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage and monitor the performance of our network, servers, and software applications
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to employees for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to our current systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data management, and security protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership abilities
