Barber - Hair Stylist

We are a well-established barbershop in Shan, Kenya seeking a skilled and experienced Barber - Hair Stylist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for the art of barbering and are looking to further their career in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with clients to determine their desired hairstyle
- Provide hair cutting, shaving, and styling services using various techniques and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Recommend hair care products to clients based on their needs
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele base through exceptional service

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barber or Hair Stylist (preferably in a barbershop setting)
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques, hairstyles, and grooming trends
- Ability to use various tools including clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail for precise cuts and styles
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
